The best way to lose weight starts right in your head. In order to lose weight there are some things that you have to get in order. The first thing that you need is a plan. Not just any plan but a proven plan. You should plan as much as you can about losing weight before you start out on anything. In order to get your plan going the first thing you must do is find a physical activity that you enjoy. Maybe when you were younger you like to walk through the park. Maybe you used to roller skate, or play basketball. Just remember that there is some activity that you enjoyed and you probably still enjoy. You just forgot how much fun it used to be.
The next thing you have to do is make a promise to yourself. You have to promise yourself that no matter what you are going to go do your favorite activity every day.
